Charlene Chartrand
Charlene Chartrand was born in Toronto, Ontario in 1980. The multi-tasker is not only an Artist but a very successful Model and Actress. Chartrand has been studying Fine Arts at the Toronto School of Art since Fall 2006. She is a high achiever Diploma Student. Before she attended the Toronto School of Art, Chartrand was self taught and painted since she could hold a brush. Currently, Chartrand paintings are displayed at KOHL Gallery, displayed on professional Artist websites and Charlene Chartrand will be having a few solo exhibitions in 2008 in Toronto. In her work you will find a variety of techniques. While she uses Oil & Acrylic and sometimes blends the two together. Her choice is to paint over a large scale of canvas, metal or wood. Chartrand also has great interests in drawing and wood burning.
